Returns and Exchange Policy
If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact email@example.com immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt for further instructions. Do not cut the security tag. Once the security tag is cut off, we will not accept any returns or exchanges. The item to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
If you are from the European Union, you may return or exchange your items using our shipping company free of charge, but if you are from other regions, you may use your own shipper for the returns and exchanges of items, as fees apply. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you to retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss of any item(s) you have chosen to send to us independently. If we receive the items, and find that the criteria as detailed above, has not been met, we will notify you via email. In such case, you may have the choice to have the items delivered to you at your expense. If you refuse to accept the return delivery, we reserve the right to retain the items and the amount paid for the original order.
Refund Times and Procedures
Once we have received the returned items and checked that the conditional criteria has been met, you will be sent an email acknowledging that the returned items have been received and accepted. The refund procedure will start within 30 days of you informing us of your decision to return your purchased products and once we have confirmed that the return has been carried out in compliance with the above-stated criteria. Your refund will be processed in whatever form of payment you used to originally purchase the items in the same currency.
